Barb Maheu, a social studies and drama teacher, currently develops units and lessons for the Aspen Foundation for Labour Education. She worked as an executive staff officer in professional development for the Alberta Teachers' Association. She has developed and delivered resources and workshops on topics related to social justice, global education and labour education. She is currently teaching education courses at the University of Alberta.
