Feedback form is now closed.

In the past few years, mental health has become a topic of seemingly endless discussion — whether it’s corporate campaigns, school presentations, or mailinglist emails. We’re told that mental health is like physical health, that we need to ensure we make time for self-care, that there is a list of free meditation apps in this month’s newsletter. So why are we still struggling? In this presentation, Lee will explore the problems with focusing on awareness and the trap created by so-called “self-care.” They will discuss how the narrowing our conversations about mental health to an individual level does a disservice to our students, our teachers, and our communities… and how we can start creating something better.

THIS SESSION IS NOT BEING RECORDED!
