Listening, Laughing and Leading explores how listening and laughing create trusting relationships with students and colleagues, foster positive classroom and school climate, and develop authentic leadership. Themes are introduced with light-hearted songs on guitar and banjo inspired by the writings of Ron Rolheiser, Rob Holden, Daniel Goleman, Rachel Remen and Parker J. Palmer.
