In this workshop, participants will review and complete 2-3 projects. These projects can help your students to explore their emotions and reduce their anxiety through creative expression. These meditative and calming activities can contribute to enhancing self-esteem. Excellent for teachers of grades 3-12. You will leave the workshop with completed pieces of art, handouts, and links to a PowerPoint presentation and a video for your classroom.
