Ancient people used coils of clay to construct amazing pieces of pottery. This method of pottery production can be used easily in the classroom to create large vessels without a pottery wheel. We will learn about the history and production of coiled pottery by creating our own coiled vessels.
I have been an Elementary/Art teacher since 1985. I have a wide range of interests from raising and showing dogs to working in all kinds of art media. I live on a small farm near Drayton Valley.
