In Social Studies, sharing stories provides meaningful opportunities to bring history to life. This session will introduce stories, books, and resources to use in Grade 5 Social Studies (General Outcome 5.2: Histories and Stories of Ways of Life in Canada, and the associated specific outcomes), with ties to the other grades that cover similar periods and topics in history and geography.
