There is a question that, once answered, will guide you to hire the right new people, recognize existing staff for the right reasons, and focus your efforts to improve staff retention. By the end of this presentation, participants will have identified the behaviours that make their top performers successful and will be able to explain why they should target their staff-retention efforts and will have identified their staff-retention priorities.Within the first week following this presentation, they will have begun to use simple, inexpensive tools and techniques to double the frequency with which they recognize staff.
