This 3 hour yeast bread workshop will take participants through the basics of making yeast bread. From choosing the correct yeast to use and understanding the difference between Active Dry yeast, fresh baker's yeast and instant yeast to kneading, proofing and baking. CTS teachers will learn about the science behind making good yeast breads , the techniques, as well as using good ingredients to get foolproof results! CTS Foods Teacher Cynthia Dyer will share her passion of bread making with you and leave you with some tips and secrets she has learned along her way.
