Do you find that you end the day and wonder what just happened? Why did that class go sideways? Why did that kid react the way he/she did? How could I have done things differently? How do I do this day after day after day? We've all been there! This session is applicable to K-12 teachers and admin and will introduce you to Transforming Classrooms, a skills-based full-day workshop that teaches practical, effective and proven skills that are based on Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). At the conclusion of this session, you will leave feeling hopeful and inspired to do things differently in your classrooms on Monday.
