Holocaust Studies- A New LDC!

Developed in collaboration with the Calgary Jewish Academy and Foothills School Division, the Holocaust Studies LDC is meant to take learners from pre-war Jewish life through to the establishment of Israel. This session will take participants through Holocaust Studies 15-25-35 as developed by Foothills School Division. Participants will also be provided the opportunity to review resources with experienced Holocaust educator Lindsay Anderson (USHMM Museum Teacher Fellow 2019/2020 & Canadian Society for Yad Vashem Summer Institute Scholarship Recipient 2017). Teachers will walk away ready to improve their current Holocaust education practices and excited at the possibility of having students enrol in new programming!
